Amy Brown – Massage Therapist, VTCT Level 3 Swedish Massage, Lymphatic Drainage & Face Massage

I have worked as the lead receptionist for The Health Hut and its sister company, SANDS Private Health Clinic, for just under 2 years. In this time, I have built a great rapport with new and existing patients. I gained my massage qualification in early 2024, and since then, I have offered Swedish Massage, Soft Tissue work, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, and facial massage treatments.
I particularly enjoy lymphatic drainage massage and teaching the importance of cleansing the body of toxins through massage.
Outside of work, I am a busy mum who is usually found in a soft play centre or park, enjoying time with my two boys. I enjoy interior design and have a special interest in vintage and antique furniture. Contact The Health Hut for an appointment (currently working every Thursday afternoon and evening).

Eleanor Ragg, Massage Therapist, Thrive Massage

Qualified in Level 3 VTCT Holistic Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Level 3 VTCT, and Level 4 Sports Massage, Pregnancy Massage. I have worked for many years in the NHS and enjoy working with clients of all ages. I trained as a massage therapist in 2019 and have recently added sports massage qualifications. I particularly enjoy helping the nervous system relax both body and mind, and I am very interested in the ways our mind and body interact. My style is holistic—I blend types of massage, including relaxing, deeper, and sports massage, to suit the individual. My aim is to help you thrive, to feel well in your body and mind. I love the outdoors; camping, wild swimming, and exploring are favourite activities outside of work. Contact The Health Hut for an appointment (Wednesdays once a month only at present).

Cheryl Vaughan, Reflexologist

I hold diplomas in both Reflexology and Indian Head Massage. I qualified in these therapies many years ago, and due to a change in circumstances, I have recently started practising both again. I live locally to The Health Hut, and after receiving treatment there myself, I was keen to become part of the team. I am excited to join The Health Hut and continue spreading the benefits of complementary therapies. I ensure my clients are put at ease, explaining the treatment and what they can expect afterwards. I answer any questions they may have and create a positive treatment environment. I do not routinely use oils during treatment, but I am happy to use any that the client wishes to bring. I work part-time at The Health Hut—call or book online for appointments.
