Wellbeing Membership T&C's

Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before joining our Wellbeing Membership.

Wellbeing Memberships are exclusively for chiropractic treatments at The Health Hut and cannot be transferred to another person or used for any other services.

Membership is with The Health Hut clinic. While we will always do our best to book you with your preferred chiropractor, this cannot be guaranteed.

Membership has a minimum commitment of three (3) months. After this initial period, you may cancel your membership at any time by providing at least 7 days' notice before your next payment date. Cancellation requests can be made by email, telephone or in person.

Our standard appointment cancellation policy applies to all Wellbeing Membership appointments.

Membership payments are collected by Direct Debit on the 1st of each month through GoCardless, our authorised payment provider. The Health Hut does not store your financial information. Please ensure sufficient funds are available on the payment date.

Your membership is a monthly subscription. Any unused appointments within a billing period will still be charged and cannot normally be carried over. Exceptions may be considered in the event of significant life circumstances and are at the discretion of your chiropractor.

Additional chiropractic appointments outside of your monthly membership allowance will be charged at the applicable member rate for your chosen membership plan.

The Health Hut reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated with reasonable notice by email or in writing.

By joining a Wellbeing Membership, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
